Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Accountant at B&G Tax Solutions. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and requirements:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial analysis, or tax preparation. Previous experience in a tax-focused role is a plus.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software: Strong proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms. Experience with tax software is advantageous.
• Solid Knowledge of Tax Regulations: Thorough understanding of federal and state tax laws and regulations, with the ability to apply them accurately to client scenarios.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial data analysis, reporting, and documentation.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively interpret financial data and provide insightful recommendations.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with clients, colleagues, and regulatory authorities.
• Time Management: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work efficiently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
